‘Return‘ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer on the mahazone website. The customer can request a replacement, if he receives a wrong [Different Product Received than what is mentioned in Invoice] or damaged product. We will replace it with the right one. This case is only valid if the item is different from Invoice.
The order cannot be cancelled, or refunded, or replaced once placed. Also, the items cannot be changed or replaced or refunded. We are a small company focusing deeply on Product Quality, and Timely delivery, and do not have the bandwidth to support these kind of changes. We strongly suggest the customer to review the listing before making the purchase. In case the customer orders wrong item, mahazone shall not be entitled to change the order, product or initiate any return or refund.
What are the Refund Rules?
In the case of any wrong shipping of the product from our side (if product received differs from what is ordered in Invoice) , the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. The customer is supposed to ship the defected/ wrong product back to our warehouse address. Once we get the product back, we will ship a replaced product / or initiate a refund of full amount immediately. We only take the responsibility till initiating the refund, and providing you the refund proof. The refund generally reflects in 7 to 10 working days in Customer Account. In case of any further dealy, the customer need to followup with his bank. Refund will be made to the same account through which the payment was made. However, we shall not be liable for payment of any interest thereon.
All wrong items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
The replacement process is initiated after we receive the product back to us. Replacement will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts of mahazone

Buyer must provide only that Mobile Number which is in working condition and on which Buyer can immediately be reached in case of any urgency during delivery of courier. Buyer must also Pick Calls or Call Back from that Number, when called.
